Thursday, August 1, 2013 - Needed the strainer because the cork disintegrated and mostly ended up in the bottle, but even with out that (expected) issue, the sediment is significant. The color is not dark and is developing an orange hue but is just as sweet, smooth, layered and nuanced as it was 5 years ago. Lovely Port.
