Wednesday, October 30, 2019 - Finally getting around to my only bottle of this. Apparently it's a blend of cab, merlot, and syrah. Aromas of dark and dark red fruits, soil, eucalyptus, and tobacco. Medium body, high acid, long finish, and flavors of dark fruits, minerals, and spice. This is notably spicy actually. This is a little darker and bigger than I think our spaghetti and meatballs dinner required (I thought there was sangiovese in the mix when I pulled it), but in enjoying it well enough post meal and would pair this with a steak if I had any more.
