Thursday, May 25, 2023 - Nose - Smokiness, dark deep red and black fruit, dark cranberry color. Full body. Smooth as silk. All the best red and black fruits are mirrored on the palate. Pairs very well with pork tamales, homemade by local Mexican family.
6/2/23- Rest of the bottle tonight with mediterranean pizza, a shmear of pesto, with sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms. And salad of mixed greens. Heavenly!
