Sunday, January 10, 2010 - This was a stellar bottle. Blackberry, spice licorice chocolate... continually evolving. Plenty of structure with silky smooth balance and enough acid to stave off any California Cab too-sweet-itis. Fun to drink now but personally I'm going to wait at least 5 years before popping another.
