Wednesday, May 19, 2010 - Takes a while to open up. Muted nose but mouthful of dark fruit, some spice. Quite smooth but still a few jagged edges. Very well made cabernet and enjoyable today but give it time for optimum results. Decanted for 4 hours and could have done with more.
