Monday, November 1, 2010 - Popped and poured. Muted bouquet, but opened at cellar temperature. Smooth, cab flavors, with clear hints of oak, chocolate, licorice and a slight vanilla sweetness. Very smooth given the lack of time, and fine tannins, although midpalate was a bit empty. Finish was moderate. Bet it gets better over time.
