Thursday, December 30, 2010 - One More Time: This bottle was decanted for about 8 hours before the tasting. It was very smooth and approachable, but it was just lacking depth in the mid-palate. It didn't help that this bottle followed the Hourglass. It was still a very nice wine, but it just didn't deliver as expected.
