Thursday, November 24, 2011 - Huge disappointment! Someone had mentioned Bordeaux-like qualities, I am thinkings sweet Aussie jam, oak, alcohol burn, vanilla, strong black fruit. Maybe it will be better tomorrow, I will set the rest of the bottle aside and re-taste then.
Now, down to the cellar to open something else.
