Monday, December 5, 2016 - Oentrians Holiday Dinner. This is a great Napa Cab with a long life ahead, but early in a good drinking window. Clearly well made serious stuff and very polished giving tremendous pleasure. Lovely aromas of dark red cherry, loamy earth, and baking spice. Rich and concentrated with layers of depth and complex flavors. Fruit forward style with very good brightness and solid frame of sweet tannins.
