Sunday, February 1, 2009 - I just don't see this wine as over-oaked. This is a sophisticated, restrained, complex wine that was so unlike my expectation for a big-time Cali Cab-based wine I don't know where to start. Terroir is the story of this wine and I think we are on the way to greatness. Lots of layers in this wine.
