Thursday, March 30, 2023 - Absolutely phenomenal vintage port in peak drinking condition (out of a 375 ml). Tons of fig, marzipan, and other dried fruits. Some cedar and leather as well. Very pronounced nose and a lengthy finish. Showing great maturity but the fruit is still present.

Enjoyed with the classic pairing of Stilton and it was a beautiful marriage.
