Sunday, December 27, 2015 - My own fault for letting this cellar so long. It wasn't vinegar, but it was very weak; very little fruit which is unexpected for a Marlborough Cabernet, especially a reserve. Some mineral and earth. Heavy sediment. Better than I had feared, not as good as I had hoped (or as I remembered from first tasting it 20 years ago).
