Monday, May 13, 2013 - Drinking beautifully. Did not open early or decant. Exceptionally balanced with a long finish. Served with Chambord duck, Wild Rice with Pecans, Cranberries and Yellow Raisins, and a Salad of Raw Kale with Ricotta Salata.
