Friday, March 21, 2014 - First of all, this is not a pop and pour wine. Right out of the bottle, it was tart, almost bitter. And this was through an aerator. However, as it sat in the glass (and in the bottle), the oxygen did its job and the wine evolved and became very smooth with notes of blueberry and a nice finish. I'd say this wine probably needs another couple of years in the bottle.
