Monday, April 22, 2013 - Needed aerated with Venturi. Let decant for 2 hours before pouring. It had a lightly sweet and fruity nose. It did improve with time as it seemed to open up even more after another hour. It had slight earth tones and a nice mouth feel. went well with the sirloin kabobs.
