Thursday, April 2, 2015 - Deep red center, red rim with some orange.
Blueberries and half-dried plums, dried orange peel, touch of road tar, some floral notes, olive pits.
Smooth and a little sweet, stewed dark fruits, blackberries, good supporting tannins, nutty, brandied orange cake, good length.
Surprisingly good, ripe and mature, has some port like notes.
