Wednesday, October 12, 2011 - poured off into a split, and returned to a couple nights later. On the first night, it did take about 45 minutes to open up. A bit richer than I had expected, perhaps a bit more in the auslese mold. white fruits and minerals on the nose and palate. There was sufficient lemony/citric acidity to keep it from being cloying. Longish finish.
