Thursday, November 27, 2014 - PnP. Light transparent ruby in appearance. Typical Pinot nose of candied strawberries and cola, with just a hint of vanilla and spice. More earthy and fruity on the palate with cedar lingering on the finish. Good acidity.

Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Burgundy glass at 62F.
