Pungent but elegant and detailed aromas of salt and rubber, with fleeting hints at almonds and chamomile tea. lovely complex nose that grows and changes over the next day too. it's the palate that kills though - complete and utter harmony, silky texture, intense flavors that are perfectly balanced. I could drink this every week and never be tired of it.
