Saturday, January 27, 2024 - Another of the “should be dead/weird” bottles lurking in the corner of the cellar. Actually very nice, especially after a little air when it gained weight. Acidity almost gone, leaving a mellower, richer wine full of white stone fruits and minerality. Fine match for Cullen skink on Burns night.
