Friday, February 18, 2011 - Typical American chardonnay notes of pear, lemon oil, butter, smoky oak. I've had worse chardonnay at ten times the price. Interestingly, this wine was best on the first day, slightly bitter on the second day, and nice again on the third day, under vacuum stopper.
