Monday, April 16, 2012 - On the nose the initial hit is smokey charred wood, sweet peach, apple & vanilla ~ The palate is medium + bodied with moderate acidity & flavours of pear, lemon, bruised apple, caramel & a smokey note ~ This wine did open up & soften a bit with some time out of the bottle
