Tuesday, November 27, 2012 - Inky black plum hue. Initially sappy, flowering bramble gave way to cool cassis liqueur and mild oak. Earthen body with mixed black stone fruits. Finish was all currants, firm oak, little cinnamon and anise. Lingering white pepper and saddle leather. Very smooth and drinkable, even at PnP. B+/92 = 50/5/12/8/9/8
