Wednesday, October 6, 2010 - I've had this bottling on two occasions, once at a tasting where I felt it was the best in the line-up of Oregon wines poured that night. The second time a friend and I killed a bottle together at his house and was good to the last drop. This wine has a spicy note alongside the dark red pinot fruit in this wine, showing terroir of the region. It's been a while since I had it, so sorry for the poor notes, I just remember scoring it both times I tasted it, 92 at the tasting and 91 with my friend. I bought some to sit in for a while, if that gives you an idea. This is some damn fine OPN.
