Dark, toasty, and smokey on the palate. Super interesting, and somewhat vegetal. Really interesting wine. Somewhat dusty, with great acidity. Just like sauternes, but without much, if any, of the sweetness. Have never had a wine like this before, so my palate is unfortunately quite uneducated. But super enjoyable to try. Great experience for sure!!
