Friday, April 5, 2013 - Pop & Pour... This was a last minute addition to dinner that was pulled from the cellar. Otherwise, we would have decanted. This needs time to open up. very hot on the nose, but delicious. Dark fruits, mild tannins, fennel, coriander & mustard seed.... this really opened up in the glass but I did this a disservice by not aerating...
