Monday, December 25, 2017 - Standing rib roast on Christmas with the in-laws. Oh my! But Hall to the rescue. I decanted this for an hour and half. The tannins have matured well but still have room to go. The initial dark fruits have a jammy quality with some chocolate and the finish is leather and tobacco.
