Wednesday, May 1, 2019 - Captivating. Had w baked salmon and paired very well, but I just wanted to go back to the wine. The viscosity was extremely intriguing. Weightless. I kept wanting to drink more just for the mouth feel. Dark cherry and strawberry on the nose. Dark cherry, tart strawberry and sweet tobacco on the palate. Acid was balanced throughout and soft tannins on the finish. Realitivly short on the finish...but that mouth feel will last a lifetime.
