Thursday, March 14, 2024 - PnP - Very nice Cristal! Typical fine mousse and creamy mouthfeel I always associate with Cristal. Nose showed brioche and straw, and palate showed lots of golden fruit, toast, some almond and stone fruit, coupled with minerality (saline and limestone). Very nice Champagne! 96 to 96+ for me.
