Thursday, October 4, 2012 - Straw yellow with light golden reflections. Medium intensity delicate nose, very mineral, silex, chalk, somewhat floral and a bit of peaches. Medium attack, excellent acidity, creamy, medium body, long evolution, wide and complex. Long aftertaste of medium intensity.
