Sunday, April 21, 2013 - this bottle was singing tonight. gorgeous color of light yellow and crystal clear. nose exploded from the glass with lovely yeast and yellow/green fruits. nice pear in here. the bubbles were beautifully consistent and never quit. the palate is explosive yet all encompassing. precision. first the mineral and acid but before that dominates the yeast and fruit come in for wonderful balance and complexity. just layers the palate. the finish is seamless and stretches a good long time. simply wonderful tonight.
