Saturday, November 7, 2020 - Decanted ~4 hrs before enjoying w braised short ribs.
Very light nose of violets, rose, & dark fruit. Full bodied w mild tannins, Syrah shows through. Black fruits, plum, Garrigue, brush and rose.
