Sunday, January 26, 2014 - Tasting notes are consistent with my previous note on this wine. This still has plenty of bottle time ahead of it. Opened it yesterday and drank half the bottle over about 4 hours, it markedly improved with time and air. Left it uncorked on the back porch over night and finished it today, much better. Much more smoothed out on day 2 with great dark fruit and herb/earth tones. This is a very good wine but still needs time or a good decant.
