Saturday, May 31, 2014 - First time I drink the El Alma and I must say 'W-O-W' what an amazing wine! Almost black in color. Nose shows dark chocolate, roasted coffee, black licorice and black berries. Very complex, elegant and long. It is high in alcohol, but one hardly notices it. Multi-dimensional and has such a perfect structure and balance. Definitely a modern wine but at the same time one of the best Cabernet Franc's I have ever tasted. Decant for an hour or better wait for another 3 years.
