Wednesday, December 4, 2013 - Dark maroon. Rustic nose shows cherry, plum, leather, and licorice. Palate picks up a harder slate like quality to go with the rest, but plenty of cherry, plum, and blueberry. Carries some weight, more rustic than elegant. So goes well with stews, roast, and so forth. Very fair value.
