Saturday, July 4, 2015 - Quite a nice Napa Cab; not over oaked. Classic Cabernet nose with that nice dustiness of the Rutherford vineyards. Full, rich nose and big round palate. I found it quite enjoyable by itself or with the grilled steak. It also went extremely well with the strong, aged cheddar I had.
