Friday, December 5, 2014 - Apricot aromas, flavors of cotton candy and some burnt marshmallow on a stick notes, like eating the marshmallow right off a fondue stick with the charred end, with an underlying tropical fruit note. Very sweet, a little lacking in acid, but enjoyable in small quantities. Almost simple syrup in nature (26% residual sugar). Shared with a friend at a BYOB, so pours were generous and I didn't finish my glass as the sweet was too much, but it was interesting and enjoyable enough that I left the last 1/3 bottle for the chef to play with.
