Friday, April 8, 2011 - Light yellow in the glass the nose shows herbal elements and citrus. The palate has excellent weight and mouth feel with lemon peel and waxy herbaceous flavours combining with zippy acidity. There iare some slightly honeyed notes starting to build in the mid to back palate. The wine finishes with excellent length and will reward cellaring over the medium term.
