Saturday, January 26, 2019 - This wasnt a super premium wine and had been cellared for much longer than would have been recommended, but was outstanding. It was a deep colour with strong berry tones and took some time to really open up but once it did it was a cracker. Just shows the aging potential of the Barossa shiraz!.
