Saturday, February 6, 2010 - Wine is a black cherry color of medium depth. Nose is expressive: chalk, cherry Twizzlers and blackberries. On the palate, the wine is smooth and medium bodied. Rose petals is the dominant flavor. Dark fruits. Slight hints of funk. Still has some tannic grip. Overall, a very pleasant wine that still has years in it.
