Sunday, August 21, 2016 - Decanted 1.5hrs, dark ruby, nose rather stringent, bit of cassis, plum and some oak. Sweet on palate, tannin still need time to resolve, bit grippy, but the wine has a refreshing fruit acidity that should enable further cellaring.
