Tuesday, March 31, 2009 - Frisco enjoyed after a day of 11+ inches of powder in Vail with some bifteca florentin over a big salad. 2.5 hr decant & back in the bottle it went for another 2 hrs. This bottle may have been even better than the one shared with the Atlanta gang in BC last year. Soft elegant and complex -Classic Bordeaux aromatics and flavors yet it had that Tuscan minerality all over the long long finish. truly superb.
