Tuesday, October 4, 2011 - This took a while to open up. It was full of upfront dark cherry and blackberry flavours to start, but then earth, spice and some leather came to the party. Definitely a food wine - it really came to the fore with some cheese and meat. A really enjoyable wine with another 5 or more years in it should you desire.
