Friday, November 17, 2017 - Thirteenth Annual White Truffle Dinner (Chez Weber - Chicago IL): Served half blind (?) since we could see it was Leflaive. Caramelized peach with sweet spice and moderate concentration. Clearly from an older, powerful ripe vintage, I thought either 1989 or 1990. Most people thought that richness indicated Grand Cru, but I thought it 1er Cru. At a great place now.
