Tuesday, December 14, 2010 - This wine was opened and consumed over two hours with grilled chicken pasta. The robe is medium ruby and the rim is red. Clean nose, showing moderately intense aromas of smokey black cherry, cardamom and chervil. Medium-bodied on the palate, with low-to-medium acidity, low-to-medium supple tannins and black cherry-dominated flavors. The middle palate is solid and the finish is medium and smooth. This is a screaming deal. A nice Pinot at this price is not easy to find. Drink now-12/12.
