This bottle was buried in my cellar for years, and once I noticed it a few years back, I decided it should be saved for a special occasion. Amazingly this wine had good life left in it. Mushrooms, leather, cedar, faint cherry are the main characteristics I’m picking up, and they make up a delicious buffet of flavors. The bottle held on for hours and provided an interesting adventure.
