Saturday, July 30, 2011 - Amazing Wine! This wine is just a baby right now and I can't imagine how I am going to be able to keep my hands off of these. This is one of the best Cabernet's I have had in a long long time. It is a very dark opaque wine in color with a huge but plush mouth feel. The nose changed throughout the evening as it opened up. It started out pretty tight but opened up more and more with air. There is tons of beautiful dark fruits with a touch of oak that is very much in balance. This wine will evolve for many years to come and I look forward to following it through all of these steps.
