However, there is an appealing level of complexity and nuance to this wine that suggests it warrants a second chance. I for one will not be waiting for it to become a 90 plus wine after hours in the decanter. It has about 30 minutes to show its best before I ask for either the trumpet or gong. After 30 minutes: downgrade and bring out the gong.
