Saturday, December 14, 2013 - I decanted a bottle tonight with braised beef cheek and my previous review really does a fine job of describing this great wine. Were I to add anything, it would be that it is so damn rich and suave that it puts you in mind of a golden age movie star. Yes, it really is that smooth, polished and classy, and it is not even mature! This wine shows a ridiculous amount of promise for the future. If you have not had it, do yourself a favor and try it. Unfortunately, the price has risen to well over $100 per bottle--if you can find it! 97+ points for the present. (BTW, I am dying to try this beside the 2008 Dominus.)
