Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - Starting to show itself with some classic aged Napa cabernet flavors. Tannins have integrated nicely. I like where it is now as we could see some concerns later with higher alcohol level of 15.3. Alcohol level not a concern now. Stored at 55 degrees since release.
